I am using the nerve tuning fork daily and find it reduces my nerve pain in my back and legs. I have had nerve pain for 8 years and this fork helps me relax significantly.

this block with holes is a helpful peice to stay organized. I would prefer more space inbetween holes and rows as the weighted forks take up more room.
