Tbh, I get uncomfortable when companies that make lots of unproven physical and spiritual claims about their items. I prefer to read the item descriptions at some of the tuning fork sites that stick closer to the science and are clear that other associations are intriguing but speculative. Therefore, it’s curious that I got this set at all—much less chose it as my first UTF purchase. But I certainly need miracles in my body and like the way that the Shekinah fork blends with some of the Solfeggio forks (which I was hoping to invest in—and since have—when I made the cell kit purchase). Also as someone who finds different numbers to be part of how God speaks to me, the Shekinah was a resonant number. So I could apply my own scriptures and intentions. I figured the cell kit was a good way to test the waters of UTFs, as I had some concerns about how much some neurological and cranial conditions would tolerate these higher pitched UTFs. I also speculated that I could use Genesis alongside 528/Miracle to induce a binaural Delta state instead of getting a brain tuning set. (Indeed, I do like inducing a binaural state with those two, but it can be hardgoing on the aforementioned head issues with such high-pitched forks, so I ended up getting a brain set after all.) I do like the set. It’s a purposefully discordant set but nonetheless feels nice to experience. I like to gently wave them toward me, and I can blend the Shekinah with other forks I now have. Btw, despite the title of the item that says mallet, these forks come with a hockey puck, as pictured. Mallets and hockey pucks each have their pros and cons, and I'm glad I now have both.

In addition to appreciating the tone, I pair it with the Nerve fork for use on the body. Apparently having two so close in pitch is helpful for maximizing effect. And since they are both in the range that is supposed to promote osteoblasts, I feel like it's a good way to hit more of a joint at once.

I have a medical condition that yields pretty much constant headaches and many very severe headaches, and it also limits mobility enough that I'm quite concerned about bone density. Additionally, I have a connective tissue disorder, so any Hz that are supposed to aid connective tissue are welcome on my body. So this fork sounded like a shoe-in. It's in the 25-50Hz bone density range and is purported to be good for headaches. I am glad that I purchased it. I'm also glad that I purchased the Gamma fork to go with it. They are both in the osteoblast-conducive range and complement each other nicely--both for a binaural experience or for keeping an energy flow between treatment spots. Also, low notes are more likely to be tolerable during head congestion than high ones. And both are within the Gamma brainwave range, which can be a nice experience in the mornings. However, the Nerve fork does not take the edge off my headaches. Maybe it's usefulness depends on the type of headache at hand. That said, I think maybe the frequency of the severe headaches has reduced slightly since I started using these. That would be a wonderful outcome if the causality is true, although I don't know how realistic it is to keep up my rather heavy tuning fork regimen with these bone conductors when it's not a clear hallelujah. It's been a lot of time and effort to give them a solid trial. One tip--if your hand is cramping badly from holding the tuning forks, wrap your hand around a jade bowl, and take a 136.1 or a 128 Hz fork to the bowl for a general treatment.

The solfeggio set has been my largest single tuning fork investment and comprises about half of my forks. So I researched the investment for a long while. And I am pleased.

The forks are extremely accurate in pitch--only one was more than 2Hz off when I tested it--well within the 0.25% accuracy range. They have nice resonance.

The long stems have proved to be vital for my tiny hands. At first I had some concerns about this, noting that the long stems would hit one another and make weird sounds when I held a few in one hand. However,I simply put the pencil grips at the tip end of the stems. This means I cannot put the forks in a wooden holder, but not having them clanging proved to be the more important factor. I have found some additional similar pencil grips online and am using them to differentiate all of my unweighted forks. I do have a brain tuning set and a body tuning set from another brand with short forks, but for any forks that you may want to be waving around very much, I think the long stems make much more sense overall.

The set comes in a PU pleather pouch with a fold-over top that then folds vertically into thirds (no zippers). As you might expect, this will need to be aired for a few days. Beyond that, I theoretically think pleather is a good choice because it shouldn't absorb mildewy smells over the years the way that fabrics do. And it should provide some weather resistance. However, I will say that the pockets into which the forks go are very tight. And some of them seem to want to fold in and resist the forks as if they were vacuum-packed at some point and learned that habit. So I'm not thrilled with the noise and effort of removing the forks.

I have a dog with breathing problems. I am trying to cure her with this tuning fork although I don’t know if her lungs are at the same frequency as human lungs. She seems to be getting better but only time will tell.
