Many sound practitioners use this set as their primary set for healing for both people and animals. In fact the set has wonderful healing capabilities which not only work on the Chakra energy centers but the spine as well.

The C 256 fork is played with another tone to make the desired interval. One of the most important intervals is the fifth interval, accessed by striking C 256 Hz and G 384 Hz together. The fifth interval is the ideal interval to use for nervous system balance among other things. When I’ve felt more anxious or stressed, I’ve listening to the fifth interval, one fork on each ear, and felt my nervous system relax immediately!
