The frequency of this fork is used to stimulate the flow of blood to areas of the body. Arthritis is a prime example of poor circulation in the joints. Once the flow of blood is returned to the damaged areas it will start to heal its self.
Activate the fork with a mallet or hockey puck and point the times at the desired area. The tines should be 2-3 inches from the body. Let the fork ring out and repeat as desired.
Activate the fork and point the tines at the desired area and while pointing at the area draw circles with the fork as to stir up the energy. The tines should be 2-3 inches from the body.
Activate the fork and point the tines at the heart. Then direct the flow out of the heart with the fork down the arms and other areas where you want the blood to flow into. This should be done 2-3 inches from the body.
